What would be the catalyst to make XLM run? Bitcoin has control over the Alt space so what would possibly give us the sign it could return us a 222% potential?

@alanmasters, Agreed, the coin has potential with IBM backing the Aus Government, I'm from Australia very proud of how we are handling blockchain innovation. I was wondering if this TA was based off that FA. However having said that Bitcoin will need to retest it's previous weekly TD low to get a 9 (perfected 9 hopefully) before we can really start looking at Altcoin moon shots.

@KrisCarne, The 9 count is not necessary not mandatory. Bitcoin hasn't seen a perfect negative nine since 2014 on the weekly time frame.

@alanmasters, Documentation I read: Setup perfection – the low of bars 8 or 9 should be lower than the low of bar 6 and bar 7 (if not satisfied expect new low/retest of the low). Probably not mandatory but this run maybe a little premature and probably doesn't have a bounce strong enough to break the upcoming resistances no?
