if XLM crosses all time high again then i can be sure that this really is a cup and handle and that there is a high probability that we will see $20 XLM.
Do you have a source that teaches to do a C&H that way? I would be interested in seeing that. The way I've always seen it is you draw a line from the top of the cup to the bottom then move that line to the breakout and that is your measured move. I've never seen, with any pattern for that matter, where you measure the % growth and then apply that % to the breakout. Very interesting. Don't get me wrong, I'd love $22 XLM but I made this same chart and my measured move is about $1.15 for XLM.
