I know I’ve been schilling XLM a lot lately, but I’m very bullish on the short term/long term movement. The next day or two could be quite parabolic if this things breaks out. See chart for target 1 and 2.
I believe we had temporary setback today, I still think between 15th and 18th Feb we hit the targets you marked. Idk about extending to 3.618 now but we'll see.
