XLM struggling for breakthrough due to correlation with XRP. Detachment from XRP seems unlikely which is daunting as major exchanges are delisting XRP as i am writing. The effects of Binance delisting would most likely be damaging to XLM prices.
For a runaway breakthrough to happen XLM must cross above 0.147, predicted targets are between 0.17-0.185. Failing to breakthrough, XLM will carry on downwards channel.
