At the moment the XLM chart has formed a lot of strong supports below the current level. The strongest one (green) is located at 0.09480 USDT. But this level isn't located very close to the actual price level, the closest one is an upward support from where the price can go upward to the orange level where everything will become clear. If the price takes hold above one - you can start buying, targets are 0.11750 & 0.12500.
