Hi,
Waiting 1/2 a day to see what comes up and hence publishing 1 of those many opportunities.
On the 8 HRLY, XMR having a nice upward trend, aligned with the previous resistance and fib level for a nice entry setup and now waiting on a bullish candle, it ticking all the boxes.
Just the last bit needs to complete.
Cheers,
S.Sari

Hello ssari, do you mind explaining how you set up SL and TP orders in Binance as they don't offer the functionality by default.

@allegorycave, I'm not sure what you mean. I have the Binance App installed and I'm sure the web version is no different, As for SL go to the selling or buying box in the exchange area, you have the options of
| Limit | Market | Stop - Limit |, hence when you select the Stop limit, your given Side, Stop, Limit, Amount, total section filled out and hence SL setup. What is TP?

@ssari, In Bybit for example, I can set both, SL and TP (Take Profit) at the same time when opening a limit position. In Binance however they do not offer TP function, only Stop Limit with which one you can select only one of both, the trigger price.

@allegorycave, yes, Binance lacks many additional features which is benefit to them. TP is also on FTX which I trade on but don't use much.

@ssari, So you trade on FTX but chart on Binance, doesn't the price deviate a bit? Also FTX has very short price data on a lot of coins.

@ssari, I see now, I recently started to trade on Binance but missing TP function is so frustrating. I don't understand how so many people trade on Binance when other exchange offer better UI and less stress when opening a position. I guess people use Binance so much because of the rewards they give in their various incentives such as lending and staking, etc.
Anyways, I also want to ask you, have you considered one of those position bots such as 3commas, cryptohopper, signalgroup etc.
They all offer plans as low as 14 bucks a month, except signalgroup which is free. Have you used it? It's interface is extremely good but there's risk because the has access to funds and can place orders if the network gets hacked.

@allegorycave, Regarding BOTS? in the past I played with it but its hard work to get it right. I am interested to retry but at the moment, I don't have time and hence rather do what I'm currently doing.

@ssari, I don't mean trading bots. Rather it's a UI with better position options, simply entry, stop loss and take profit boxes where you put values and the bot remembers. When it's time the bot can open market order to exit you or place limit order for take profit.
Currently binance doesn't have stop loss or take profit thus the bots are handy.
Anyways, I sitll don't understand how people even trade there, I mean how can I set stop loss..
