If it's not happening right now, then it won't for a while longer. At this point it's more likely that it's going to stay a tad dormant imho. Even though the lawsuit didn't end bad for XRP, the halving will soon start to gain traction, paralyzing most altcoins until BTC stopped climbing. It has been like that for the past few halvings.
