Seldom do we see such big clouds. 2 HR cloud on XRP looks like it's going to take some time to come out of. Unless theres a huge push it should take atleast 2-3 days to fight this, after which we'll deal with the 4 HR cloud. Don't expect this to fly unless the big whales want it to.
