They can't create more XRP. It was 100% premined and there is 100bln of units existing. There is no option to create more. The nodes that Ripple Labs have in control represent only 35% of network, so they don't have enough influence to to something like that. Even if they did show the intention, which they don't. This is important topic and it should be precisely examined. Please do your research.
