The cup has no buying volume build-up before. If this was an inverse cup and handle (upsidedown) you would have seen a huge break downward.
If you look at the 15 minute chart, there that is a cup and handle formation. There is volume build up before the cup, then the bowl itself, and the handle after.
Rule the Note: Cup and Handle needs confirmation from buying volume before the cup, retesting from the handle, and large buying pressure to complete the pattern. It is a continuation pattern.
