2019 July and Aug finished long time. now let's check again what alts are doing.
big picture: alts seasons are coming, my trading system on weekly charts alerted me on quite some alts.
let's look at your favor XRPBTC: weekly chart: price pattern from previous bull and bear look. we ended it/ending it:
what about now? 1. price is crossing up on Weekly MA18(green line) 2. in the pic below, green line as strong support, red line as strong resistance(if breakout, strong bull confirmed)

i have little clue what those lines mean but a few things is clear. We have two exact same patterns. The later appears to have bottomed out. One is much bigger than the other
