For anyone who follows baseball, they're vaguely aware that the home run hitters in the game, tend to be the strikeout leaders. That's the most fitting sports analogy I can think of when it comes to XRP. This is either gonna put the ball over the fence, with the bases loaded; or its going to be nowhere close to connecting at all. As best I can tell, the SEC case is unlikely to stick, but these things can take a lot longer to play out than expected. It could mean a huge pop for the stock, if all of this falls by the way-side.
I think for most people (Im 'all-in'), crypto should comprise 1% of your total portfolio. Of that 1%, I think 1% should be XRP. This is your long-shot, which is unlikely come in, but will more than make up for its being slim to none, if it does 'make contact'.
Remember, baseball is a game of 'failure' (where batting .300, or failing 7/10 times, can earn you millions of dollars), where the important part is just stepping upto the plate;)
