latest wace c on 2017 chart has a higher high. Now its a lot lower, so doenst seem like a double bottom, instead more room to go down.

@seriousmar, I guess I'm confused by your statement. My chart has a purple arc under the current Wave C, and I'm anticipating a potential drop as low as $.17. Also, fractal patterns are NOT exact, or an exact duplicate, yet they are similar enough, that they can be recognizable! Thanks!
