I think this setup is not likely and if so .25 would not be a great place to buy in as it would like test lower in the .20-.22 range. I don’t think the momentum will swing negative which is what has to happen for this to ring true. I don’t like 4 hour windows as they represent many false patterns that don’t pan out. If you can show me that harmonic on a large window like 30 days I could take interest.
