The next 1.618 Fib level for XRP is 4.5 USD. I think this target is conservative for XRP. However, the 2.382 Fib level for XRP is 13 USD. This is a more aggressive target. According to the structure of the previous peak (3.55 USD), I think this target is feasible. However, not certain and aggressive.
