Alright gents, I don't know what to tell you all, XRP is still bullish, and it did create a nice breakout and a fakeout, thus confirming a very strong and healthy bull market.
However, We can't deny what is happening with SEC. You got to think objectively here. What can possible really happen? A Fine?
XRP is not going away, and people will continue to speculate and use XRP.
However, Something still needs to be said about XRP. XRP aka Ripple was selling us the idea of Tokeneconomics and forex ussage, and banks are going to buy XRP and all the nice finance usage. But after SEC all of that hype is over.
Resurrections is real, and i will jump on it, if i see it manifest.
Personally, i no longer support XRP project, as i believe Algorand is much better alternative. Just as fast, stake, DAO, DEFI and XRP still needs flare network to turn it into something.
I am looking forward to my FLARE tokens, which will be distributed over few years, but will i be acquiring XRP, time will tell.
Sorry XRP fans, but in the race of Blockchain - technology, and NFT and other technologies matter. XRP is the same coin and the same network that it was back in 2017. Only those that invested early walked out of it with wealth and smart speculators.
Unless, things change for XRP with something new, it is a decaying network However, it does not mean, you should not trade it or hold it, as i clearly demonstrate here - this is still a very much a bullish market and we may hit a much needed $2.45 mark. Just make sure to take your profits gents :)
This will be a pump and dump coin - until fundamentals change.

What could possibly happen? A fine? Wrong. If the Sec win the case Ripple is in it to their necks. They can’t trade as a security because of the set up with the coin in the first place. In other words, it cannot be fixed. Having said that I think it’s in everyone’s interests for this to settle out of court. I would be surprised if it drags out. I’m optimistic that XRP has a future.

@bentley7au, IF is a long shot at this point for the SEC, however, in the event SEC is able to prove that, then the U.S. would lose out on an opportunity, while the rest of the world can still trade xrp. XRP has been determined by many countries to NOT be a security already.

@mrickert, Right, this is what i am thinking as well. Regardless what happens, XRP is still going to be around, and maybe if SEC will force liquidate or burn the remaining XRP - it could be even positive! lol, I can dream right.
