@Z3R0Matrix, To me it looks like a head and shoulders reversal move to the downside and it looks to be only halfway complete.

@Z3R0Matrix, it may move up as a bulltrap and then come back down fast trapping early buyers - Id play safe and wait for a move above .27 as if XRP can move above that id say its bullish
