XRP holders have been waiting for a long time for the conclusion of the SEC vs. Ripple case. Many XRP holders, including many Whale's, have been topping off their positions the past few weeks.
@ThumbSkin, I think many long term holders, such as myself are hopeful the price will adjust to compensate for the damage done to investors by the SEC with their frivolous case against Ripple. Although, those who have yet to fully build their positions will be in panic mode once we crack the .495 level. FOMO buying will be coming!
