Following along very nicely my previous idea. Pennant's target is 3 cents where apparently there is a very large buy order. XRP did not even move a bit when other Alts were mooning just to show how weak this coin is.
I believe after falling to 3 cents it will go up again to the $0.44 order block where all the fomo buyers are trapped and are desperate to unload. It will prove very strong resistance and send price to zero finally. I have shown in the idea listed below that order blocks have been the cap of previous pumps.
I keep the option of a pump now open, but that needs a change in technical characteristics which will be obvious.
