This is a smart trade. A break of the channel could be a volatile downward move and provide good profits. But as someone mentioned below, take note of the Swell conference coming in a couple weeks - historically, this has shown large upswings before dumps shortly afterwards (it's on November 7th and 8th).
If I take this short trade, I'll wait for confirmation of channel break and retest as resistance - that resistance is where I'll open a short, not before, but it will be a short swing trade. If I short, my target would be around $0.2650 (Yuriy's first target), where I would open a long position after confirmation of support. I would be surprised if it hits your second potential target before the Swell conference, but I can't rule it out.
