Based on the previous structures that XRP broke, it has confirmed to me that the price may be dropping down to the the 0.10-.0.05 levels. Now we all know this due to the news regarding XRP and the Lawsuit and if I may be clear, I believe just like the rest of the world that XRP is a currency when it comes to Ripple being taken out of the picture XRP would still be used by millions independent of Ripple. This of course breaks the characteristics of a security as we all know our rights as shareholders and our rights as Global citizens. This does not mean Ripple is in the wrong. I believe that because Ripple BENEFITED from the money they raised through XRP, the SEC saw that as infringement of their laws as they did not register that public offering. I expected Ripple to be Fined in an amount similar to the amount originally raised but XRP itself will remain a currency as it is. The point is if Ripple had not acted like they were announcing an IPO and used XRP a currency created before the existence of Ripple as a stock. Let us be clear we are in this to make money but whenever the retail investors are at the point of enjoying major gains, the institutions with big money step in and cause a major panic. In my nonprofessional opinion, i recommend the XRP army hold to the levels 0.10-0.05 further from that you know what to do. To be clear I believe XRP will not go to ZERO and simply vanish out of existence, we all understand the power behind this technology and the lives it could change for the better.
