@sinapsis490, Yes thats true. but most do so to stay on the safe side and avoid legal action against them and it's only in the US. Consider that 95% uses XRP outside the US.
In my own opinion, they will find a solution either way. Then I think that during the month of February / March, everyone is back with XRP and it is at 1 dollar or above.
