XRP has shown promise in its technology that it brings to the table. A conference will be held the 16th to the 18th of October to discuss Ripple Swell, New banking partnerships and the fact that they opened up shop with India ( Largest in receiving remittance overseas). If all goes well there should be a brief sell period at the time of the conference with a good buy opportunity sandwiched in between the start and the end dates to the meeting. A decline in value should be seen as a good buy opportunity in this situation. Unless a block chain technology comes out with better tech, we will see significant gains here in the next 6 months-1 Year.

@MaxM, I wouldn't buy in this high unless you were looking to hold for the long term. I bought in at .19 and am looking to take profits soon to buy back after the conference. Be smart with your trade and dont buy in due to fear of missing out. The price WILL drop lower than .27 at some point in the next month unless it takes off unexpectedly which is hard to predict. Over all a good investment though if you put in $1000 and left it untouched for a year or two.

Indian banks are under a deep pressure to innovate both in public sector and private sector, challenged by the start-up communities and the Fintech industry here. Technologies like UPI were poorly adopted and deployed by the banks. And after Demonistisation, the wallet companies, and NCPI's BHIM App took most of the banking customers away from the core banking apps to third-party apps for transactions. This meant very low transactions, through their core apps, a lost market, and loss of revenue. Ripple could be a great opportunity to capture a different kind of the market, more transactions, and revenue.

@nandaodk, Great insight. I do need to do more research on the india financial market and hope ripple would integrate into there everyday lives. The more information we have the more likely we will capitalize on a good buy signal or know when we should call it quits.
