I can't believe the $0.12-0.13 range makes sense to punch an MM. There is a risk of a point not returning. It's a globally interesting range to buy. $0.12-0.15 in the long run. There is a high probability that the growth has already begun, as the Fed prints money and other banks turned on the money printing machines.
You can buy in this range 30% and buy the rest after the breakdown of the inclined trend.
