@g_h_a_p news said they were sued. guess that means tesla, merrill lynch, goldman sachs, Eli lilly, and others allllll were done as soon as SEC sued them. huh, wait... I still see those companies... weird how one getting sued does not mean one loses everything. especially since no accusations of fraud are even on the table.
