@DaneBrammage, its just the same percentage distance of the structure from the peak to the low

.15 to $2.40 = 1500%
$2.40 to $38.40 = 1500%

could be part of wave 3
could be final top
could be a stop along the way

but it is a possible point to visit
is it probable?
