I believe this is a Bull Flag and we should have a pretty good chance of breaking out.
With the NYC news that NewYorkers can now access XRP and hold in custody ( YESTERDAY NEWS ) and with the potential of another USA stimulus cheque getting rolled out ASAP.
With RIPPLE announcing they are in the process of buying back XRP at market price, one can only think that there is something in the works for banks across america to use XRP I think we should be hitting the first target of .38 cents then to .45 cents within the week, we all know how quickly XRP can rise to the edges of the moon so these targets may just be on the low side of things.
