Hopefully in the long run we can decouple from the nasty Bitcoin.
And lets be honest. BTC has done nothing all year apart from sucked the life out of every other altcoin on the market and will continue to do so whilst it sits perched up in that throne.

@CryptoAtom, If you compare BTC/USD and XRP/USD you can clearly see that BTC still is the KING. XRP is still a follower but with great potential. I own XRP and would love XRP to become the new KING but that's just a fantasy, at least for now.
