Something needs to give in this chart. Perhaps a triple bottom will bring an end to churning. Best case long term may be such a retest of the .20 area.
I believe we will touch the upper 0.3, put or take 0.03, very soon. There is a major trendline around 0.2. Maybe some well-timed comments from public figures can push it there. But I think that we reached a point when the main trendline would excuse us for not being touched again in this cycle.
