@jonasbrothers3000, You have to see the price has a complex model of trend and cycles. The clouds are the resultantes of an harmonics systeme of waves (cycles if you prefer). Each trend (I use to call them ropes) has its own system of waves depending on frequency events, CME closure, Futur, day/night, pay day, week end..etc. To symplify it i have build the resultants of each DFT waves.
The cloud is here based on close price and shows you the potential of each trend to supply more buy or sell into the market. Max amplitude with positive correlation of the clouds = potential max sell is the crest of the red cloud.
What is more complex is that the cloud stack each other or fight each other (You can t see them as Integral: big red cloud kill small green cloud because i have not plug a weighed system to all of that yet).
an other things, when the potential of a rope is out of the market (not connected by aire to the price) = he has no influence. The potential is sleeping, when it's interesting it's when the merge start :D
For now the most interesting things are the gaps between the ropes...fantastic buy or sell opportunity when there is no cloud in between.
Last things, the node btween the clouds are a buyers= sellers zones = resistances or supports. Super useful ;)
This strategy is experimental. I have build it myself, a bit of sine near prediction need to be line up to the model to see the wormshole into cloud (opposite color channel in the cloud). Then after = party party!
