Looks like XRP is inside of long 4h chart pennant, data show to me that we go shortly down from this position and then quick and huge move upwards.

Since we broke through .22 & still moving up, where would you place the next target? I’m still hesitant on calling my short. I’m thinking we will bounce up to .235 before a break down. What are your thoughts?
