XRP, if we don`t break out of 1.618 this will be the Third impulse wave and we can assume where wave 4 will possible can drop. Wave 4 = 0.382 to 0.618 % from wave 3 or don`t get lower from the top of wave 1! In TA we can follow rules and we can predict what is possible to hapen but this is not 100% guaranteed!
