We are clearly in the uptrend channel. Need to break through a few resistance levels, but the momentum should build leading up to Partnership announcement. Speaking of which, if I had to guess, I would say the Partner is PayPal (based on some fact, but guess is pure speculation). And the German bank issuing debit cards, I believe is Commerzbank.
