XVG had a lot of hype lately mostly due to partnerships but even though the big news. Tokenpay has had a big effect while it hasn't moved yet from the big adoption of Pornhub and other big websites of XVG payments. If we refer to the chart, we're at the lowest level possible before an uptrend breakout which should come in the next few hours. It is very difficult for it to dive further than this level and we've had a pretty long consolidation phase while all the other coins were sky-rocketing. Let's follow this up closely!

this one has taken its time for a long consolidation but should be ready to move soon as the block reward halving will take place making it less profitable to mine and thus keeping the inflation to a minimum. Keep your eyes on the pump

@espenespen, I really appreciate your feedback! That's my first shot with XVG on a long. So far I've been having a good profit for shorts but I can see this replacing XMR when it comes to privacy.
The recent fork of Monero have costed a lot and they haven't worked on their marketing plan as well as Verge is. It has relied mostly on transactions on the black market.

@syncopium, glad to see you’ve changed sentiment. I can imagine shorts has been very profitable on XVG! I’m not brave enough to short alts. Did 1500% on this back in Dec 17. So I’m hoping XVG is back on form, and due a stable growth.
Agree with your sentiments on XMR. XVG is a strong project, with great potential for a 6-7BN market cap this year. For me, I’m trading the swings.

@espenespen, Shorts are mostly for learning, I only use around 4th of my assets for that but most of them are stored and waiting for a long one.
XVG's other advantage is the transfer fee: 0.1XVG for any amount :)
