keep an eye on very nice short set up in Z. Is housing gonna make a sharp turn with mortgage rates holding 7%+ level. I say so.

Z is dead, only to get worse with mortgage rates at these levels. Many locked in at sub 3%, and aint selling, others cant afford 7%; lose lose for Z
