This is solely technical for me which is rare because I read through 8-K’s and 10-K’s and will be reading them both tonight. Just wanted to hop in early. Zomedica has been flooding the market with shares of stock, diluting investors and raising its share count from around 100 million to nearly 1 billion in the past 12 months.
It has been trying to hit above the 1 dollar mark for the last few days and hasnt succeeded.
it touched 1 dollar today then retraced back again.
ZOM has no new news.
I do like the company but feel that getting past 1 dollar without news will be difficult.
I see ZOM looking to fill the gap @.84 cents.
I will be entering if the gap is filled.
I'm not in ZOM at the moment.

@williamjver, share price dropped due to a retirement of preferred shares reports on march 7th. the decline happenned shortly after. (a few days after). On march 16th, the first Truforma medicine was sold to a Dr as they look to commercialize their product.....now im looking at financials but thats the momentum we want to be honest....pays off to read through the sec filings...

ZOM touched 1 dollar this morning { For the third time } and is now retracing back.
I feel with no news and a down market that we will see .84 cents to fill the gap.
