The chart for Quantstamp looks better than it did back in late Sept. We can see prices slowly moving higher and now...

We broke the down-line resistance and the price is trading above 50 MA and 100 Day MA.
Green volumes are now showing up after 16 days of consolidating.
As long as we Bulls can maintain the Higher Low trend line of support.
We have higher chances of breaking to the upside.

However, looking at the candles with long wicks, it seems that someone is trying to buy QSP at this price.
