Comcast in Talks to Buy ITV Broadcasting Unit, Bloomberg Says, Citing Sources

- The U.S. media company--which also owns European pay-TV business Sky--is looking to buy the media and entertainment segment of ITV, including its streaming service, in a deal that would leave the U.K. company with its studios unit, Bloobmerg reports.
- Representatives for ITV declined to comment, and Comcast didn't immediately respond to requests for comment, according to Bloomberg.
