Wormhole has been integrated as Fogo’s native bridge, connecting its SVM-based L1 to liquidity on 40+ chains, according to the official announcement. This allows users to move major assets like USDC, ETH, and SOL directly into Fogo, which uses a custom Firedancer client targeting ~40ms block times and ~1.3s finality for latency‑sensitive trading and DeFi. The mechanism lowers onboarding friction and can increase TVL and onchain volumes if traders migrate capital to exploit faster execution. For FOGO, deeper liquidity and activity may strengthen fee demand and ecosystem value, but also enable easier capital outflows if sentiment weakens.
