Eduviva Group acquires Møbel-Gruppen
Eduviva Group’s subsidiary, Lekolar, the Nordic market leader in creative and educational products, has entered into an agreement to acquire Møbel-Gruppen, a leading actor on the school and office furniture market in Denmark. The acquisition strengthens Lekolar’s presence in Denmark and broadens its offering for the school and office market.
Lekolar, part of the Eduviva Group, has entered into an agreement to acquire Møbel-Gruppen, a leading supplier of furniture to schools and offices in Denmark. The company is based in Holbæk, Denmark and has long experience in the market. Through the acquisition, Lekolar expands its portfolio with Møbel-Gruppen’s well-established, high-quality furniture solutions for educational environments and workplaces. The acquisition also reinforces Eduviva’s strategic ambition of market leadership in its home markets.
