Poland may cut rates by 75 bp by end of H1 2026, central banker Litwiniuk says

Interest rate cuts in Poland by 75 basis points by the end of June 2026 cannot be excluded, Monetary Policy Council Member Przemysław Litwiniuk told private radio TOK FM on Friday.

He added that after cutting rates by 25 bp on Wednesday, the council could now pause, and November, when new CPI projections will be published, "could be a good moment" to resume cuts.
