OMA Announces Third Quarter 2025 Operating and Financial Results

Mexico City, Mexico, October 23, 2025—Mexican airport operator Grupo Aeroportuario del Centro Norte, S.A.B. de C.V., known as OMA (NASDAQ: OMAB; BMV: OMA), today reported its unaudited, consolidated financial and operating results for the third quarter 2025 (3Q25).

3Q25 summary

  • Passenger traffic increased 7.7% during 3Q25, as compared to 3Q24, reaching 7.6 million passengers. The airports with the highest traffic growth compared to 3Q24 were Monterrey, San Luis Potosí, Chihuahua, Zihuatanejo and Zacatecas.
  • The sum of  aeronautical and non-aeronautical revenues grew 9.8%, as compared to 3Q24.
  • Adjusted EBITDA increased by 9.0%, as compared to 3Q24, reaching Ps.2,654 million.
  • Capital investments and major maintenance works included in the Master Development Plans (MDPs) plus strategic investments were Ps.472 million in the quarter.
