Canadian regulator rejects Enbridge plan to contract oil pipeline space

The Canada Energy Regulator on Friday rejected Enbridge Inc's (ENB) plan to sell space on its Mainline oil pipeline under long-term contracts, rather than rationing it on a monthly basis.
