Rambus Launches $100 Million Accelerated Share Repurchase With Mizuho

Rambus entered into an accelerated share repurchase agreement to buy back approximately $100 million of its common stock as part of its ongoing repurchase program. Under the deal with Mizuho, Rambus prepaid $100 million and received an initial delivery of about 796,000 shares. The final number of shares will be based on the volume-weighted average price during the program term, less a discount, with completion expected by the end of the third quarter of 2026.
