Bulletproof Prev Candle Zone (2027)

34
CM Prev Candle Zones plots three key price levels derived from the most recently closed candle, updated automatically on every new bar.

What it does

The indicator identifies the high, low, and midpoint of the previous candle and classifies them based on that candle's direction:

  • ⚠️ Danger Zone — the wick on the side that would invalidate the previous candle's move if broken (previous low on a bullish candle, previous high on a bearish candle)
  • 〰️ Mid Zone — the exact midpoint between the previous candle's high and low
  • ✅ Bullish / Recovery Zone — the wick on the side that confirms or extends the previous candle's move (previous high on a bullish candle, previous low on a bearish candle)

These three levels are drawn as horizontal lines on the chart and update in real time as new candles form, always reflecting the most recently completed bar.

Features

  • Three dynamically updating zone lines: Danger (red), Mid (yellow), and Bullish/Recovery (green)
  • Optional price labels for each zone, positioned to the right of the current price action
  • Customizable line width, style (Solid, Dashed, Dotted, or Arrow), and extension
  • Adjustable label size and horizontal offset
  • Built-in alert conditions for when price crosses any of the three zones

How to use it

These zones can act as short-term support/resistance or decision points immediately following a candle close. A break of the Danger Zone may signal a failure of the prior move, while a hold above/below the Bullish Zone can suggest continuation. The Mid Zone often acts as a simple equilibrium reference between the two extremes.

This tool is designed to sit cleanly on any chart with a minimal object footprint (only the most recent zone is drawn), keeping your chart uncluttered while staying current.

Note: This indicator is a visual and alerting tool only — it does not generate buy/sell signals and should be used alongside your own analysis and risk management.
