Updated Daily Session Fibonacci Levels

Plots automatic Fibonacci retracement levels based on the current session high and low.
Levels for the prior and current session can be toggled on/off.
Optional: Toggle to show the Fibonacci Level labels.

- Re-worked overall session logic to allow for micro (15 min to 12 hours) and macro (weekly/monthly/custom) time frames for sessions. MTF fibs!
- Changed Fibonacci level percentages to use plot shape to reduce number of labels used.
- Re-worked Fibonacci price labels to display more session prices (500 label limit)
- Added Custom Start / Anchor, Custom Daily Fixed-Interval. Option to hide/show prior sessions before custom start.
- Added fills between Fibonacci levels. Fills only shown if both level's toggles are enabled.
- Added 'Labels Only' mode which hides the Fibonacci price level plots but preserves fills, percentages, and prices.

- Re-worked session logic to simplify and streamline session anchoring properly to fix run-time error due to buffer limit. Should handle session detection much better across all session time frames.

- Re-worked display of Prior Sessions to be tied to the '# Sessions' input (Limited to 40).
- Re-worked price and percentage label logic for consistency.
- Removed plotshapes due to lack of dynamic text.
- Changed 'Labels Only' to 'Mid & Fills' option - Hides all fib line plots except the mid-line.
