Yellow diamond: inside bar
Yellow "C" on top of an inside bar: 3-1 "Chicago" continuation setup looking for a 2 in the direction of the trend
Red or green triangle: Red Dog Reversal (a Scott Redler tactic, not from The Strat)
Red or green "R" and a dot: Rev Strat setup
Bar highlighted white: positive outside bar
Bar highlighted yellow: negative outside bar
Mess around with the alerts and you will find you can set alerts based on all these conditions and also reversals. I recommend using the "Entry Bullish" or "Entry Bearish" alert on your time frame of choice and it will cover everything.

I am loving your work here, have just started the course with Rob - there is certainly a lot to take in but its all starting to come together and this really helps. Could you please tell me what you mean by Chars and Shapes in the settings?

I appreciate you creating these indicators. I'm seeing a lot of inconsistency with this indicator paining positive rev strats red and negative ones green. Some outside bars are being painted red and green and some either just red or just green.
