best time frame for this indicator is 5 min or 30 min, what you suggest ?

Use it on multiple timeframes. Slower time frame to check trend, middle time frame for signals, smaller time frame for precise entries. If 6 out of 10 colors agree in all three time frames you have a good probability trade. Use it with other technical analysis and/or indicators. This indicator really simplifies a chart.
