Elite Cloud Breakout

The Elite Cloud Breakout is a systematic trend-following indicator built on the principle of "waiting for confirmation." It is designed to identify high-momentum breakouts while strictly enforcing a No-Trade Zone during periods of consolidation.
The "No-Trade" Philosophy:
Market noise often occurs within a specific range. This indicator defines that range using a Dual-EMA Cloud. To protect traders from "whipsaws" (false breakouts), the script uses a strict 2-Bar Confirmation system. A signal is only printed once two consecutive candles close outside the cloud, confirming that the breakout is not just a momentary spike but a sustained shift in momentum.
Key Features:
No-Trade Zone Visuals: The cloud and price bars are automatically de-emphasized when the price is inside the EMA bands. This visually discourages trading in low-probability "choppy" zones.
2-Bar Confirmation: Signals trigger on the close of the second bar outside the cloud, providing a filtered entry for trend followers.
LuxAlgo Optimized UI: Features professional-grade vertical gradients and a clean layout that works on both light and dark chart themes.
Integrated Risk Management: Includes a UT Bot-style trailing stop line to assist with stop-loss placement and trend trailing.
How to Trade:
Wait for the Zone Break: Ignore any price action occurring inside the neutral-colored cloud.
Enter on Confirmation: When a BUY or SELL label appears (after 2 consecutive closes), consider entering in the direction of the breakout.
Manage Risk: Use the provided Trailing Stop line as a guide for your stop-loss, moving it up (in a long) or down (in a short) as the trend progresses.
Best For:
Trend traders, swing traders, and those looking to filter out "fakeouts" on the 15m, 1h, and Daily timeframes.
