Updated Falcon AI Lite | SMC Signal Overlay
Falcon AI Lite is a free educational overlay that marks the two foundational Smart Money Concepts (SMC) patterns — Break of Structure (BOS) and Order Block (OB) — and highlights the zones where they align in confluence.
What it shows
▲ Green triangle (below bar) — Bullish Break of Structure
▼ Red triangle (above bar) — Bearish Break of Structure
● Gray dots — Tracked swing high/low levels
◆ Gold "FAL" label — 2-factor confluence: BOS + Order Block retest
When a gold "FAL" label appears, it means a Break of Structure has occurred AND price has pulled back into the relevant Order Block zone within the active session — the foundational SMC entry concept.
How to use it
1. Add to a 30-minute chart of MNQ or your preferred CME futures contract
2. Adjust the Session Window input to match your active trading hours
3. Observe how the FAL labels mark setups you might consider studying or trading
4. Your entry decision, your stop, your target, your risk management
Why SMC works
Smart Money Concepts is a market-structure-based methodology used by institutional traders. The Break of Structure confirms a directional shift in the market; the Order Block identifies where institutional orders were filled before the impulsive move. Watching for price to retest the Order Block after a BOS gives a higher-probability location for trade ideas than either signal alone.

This indicator does NOT place trades. It does NOT backtest. It does NOT calculate position sizing. It does NOT include stop-loss or take-profit logic. It is an educational overlay for studying the SMC patterns — nothing more.
